  • PolicyPrime offers two payment accounts to meet your needs. Both accounts include a 30-day free trial.

    • What you get: Monthly Account Yearly Account
    PolicyPrime Administrator, your own web site for policy distribution and room for up to 6000 policy pages.* $29.99 per month billed to your credit card. $299.00 per year. (That's two months free!) We will invoice you or bill your credit card. We accept PO's.

  • There is no sign-up fee, no maintenance fee, no termination fee and no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time.


Questions Concerning Payments

  • Is there a long-term commitment?
    PolicyPrime is a service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. Billing, either monthly of yearly, stops when you cancel the service.

  • May I cancel at any time?
    Yes, you may cancel your account at any time. If you cancel before the end of an account period, the remainder of the period is not refunded.

  • Are your prices fixed per month or are they per-user?
    There are no additional per-user charges - the price is the same no matter if 1 person or 1000 people are viewing your policy documents. The more people who use PolicyPrime in your organization, the better.
